We are Kelsey and Tylor Gardner, the founders of Transparency Medical Staffing, LLC. Tylor brings over 10 years of RN experience, and we lead the company together as a family business.
Why we started

After over 10 years of Tylor working as an RN, including emergency and travel nursing, we saw how unclear communication and hidden fees leave nurses and hospitals frustrated.
We created an agency founded by our family where integrity, clarity, and genuine care come first. No middlemen, no fine print, and no surprises.
